Our room had a nice view of the city and river even though it wasn't a river view room. Spacious, well-decorated and luxurious, with a huge, comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Used the gym and pool — both very good — and my wife had a massage and facial at the Chuan Spa which she thoroughly enjoyed. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Melbourne; it was worth the extra cost for the luxury.”
